The NarutoFan.com V-Day contest just closed and all submissions are now open for everyone to see, so I think it's fair to post the full version of this now and scrap the old one. 
This picture was inspired by one of my favorite Pillows songs, "Rush":

This is about the most satisfied I've ever been with a fanart. It took 38 layers and about 10 hours to do, but it came out just how I wanted it to. I learned how to do the rain effect along with this kind of lighting and I actually put some effort into the background ^_^ .
